~ Schedule assisting service 1-2 weeks before the service is needed.
- Not available for emergency services.
- If online shows "no opening" email to see if there is any availability 2 weeks out.
~ Customer will receive a confirmation email with opening availability and confirmation of service accepted..
Assisting service must be requested 7 days prior to needed service. Set dates and times are not guaranteed until the customer receives a confirmation email. Cancelation or appointment adjustment can be made by either party by email within 48 hours of the appointment window. A cancellation fee of $35 will be applied if notice is not given by the customer within 48 hours or 24 hours for emergencies. All cost reimbursements are required if special supplies, orders, or shopping were done on the customers' behalf to complete a scheduled project or task.
~ Cancellation or appointment adjustment can be made by either party by email prior to 24 hours of the appointment window.
~ Cancellation fee of $35 will apply if not canceled within 24 hours. Emergencies may be an exception.
~ Remote assisting only.
~ Travel outside the Monterey Peninsula is not available at this time.
~ If special travel is required and approved a fuel fee will apply.
