~ Easy to do! Cancellation or appointment adjustment can be made by either party by email prior to 24 hours of the appointment window.
~ Cancellation fee of $35 will apply if not canceled within 24 hours. Emergencies may be an exception with 12 hours for emergencies.

All cost reimbursements are required if supplies, orders, or shopping were done on the customers' behalf to complete a scheduled project or task. If an appointment or scheduled event is canceled, The client is still responsible for reimbursement of all costs. If supplies are returned, a fee for return handling, restocking, shipping, and transport will be applied plus a 1-hour minimum charge.
~ One-Time Task/Appointment or Repeat Task Schedule available.
~ Schedule assisting service 1-2 weeks before the service is needed. If a large project, allow more time.
- Not available for emergency services.
- If online shows "no opening" email to see if there is any availability.
~ Customer will receive a confirmation email with opening availability and confirmation of service accepted..
Assisting service must be requested 7 days prior to needed service. Set dates and times are not guaranteed until the customer receives a confirmation email.
~ Remote assisting only.
~ Travel outside the Monterey Peninsula is not available at this time.
~ If special travel is approved, a fuel fee will apply plus the time of travel at hourly rate.
